Degustation is the act of sampling a variety of courses and wine. At Degust we elevate the guest experience with the addition of great atmosphere and music. Executive Chef Eric Johnson has created an intimate 20 seat restaurant in which guests can interact with Chef during plating throughout the entirety of service. At Degust we do not define our cuisine by a particular type. Degust is ever evolving creating an imaginative, creative, and innovative dining experience.
Wine pairings are guided by Sommelier Ashley Havens that provides knowledgeable insight on her global pairings.
